All wooden products that are intended for use with food are finished with food safe oil. Said products require mainenance as follows:
1. NO DISHWASHERS
2. Wash with warm soapy water
3. Dry with a hand towel
4. Store on a flat surface until intended use
5. After 4 - 5 uses reapply food safe oil
6. If not used for 3 months reapply food safe oil
7. Enjoy!
